This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole source purchase order for the purchase of IDEA Software License Renewals in Kearneysville, WV. This software is mandated by GAO, and is critical to the continued success of the IRS financial statement audit. This procurement will be awarded to Audimation Services, Inc, Houston, TX 77079 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). The above named vendor is believed to be the only source that can provide the specific software renewals required by the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. Interested parties may submit a capability statement and product qualifications via email to [email protected], no later than 12:00 P.M. (EST), September 28, 2012. Capability Statements from interested parties will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. However, the final award decision lies solely with the Government in this matter. This is a small business set-aside requirement.
