This is a sources sought synopsis for planning purposes only to determine the capability and availability of commercial sources pursuant to FAR Part 10. Services include the planting of approx. 3000 government-furnished native willow and cottonwood cuttings using a stinger mounted on a hydraulic excavator at 3 locations in the Lightning Creek watershed. The project is located on the Sandpoint Ranger District of the Idaho Panhandle National Forests, Bonner County, Idaho. The period of performance is estimated from July 2011 and completed by September 1, 2011.
