SYNOPSIS:

The 802d Contracting Squadron, Lackland Air Force Base intends to award a sole source purchase order to Impres Technology Solutions, 9732 Norwalk Blvd, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670-2934 for the purchase of IDA Advanced Computer License with upgrades (10 ea) and Hex-Rays Decompiler License with upgrades (10 ea). Impress Technology is the proprietary vendor and sole distributor of these programs, which are used by Information Operations Squadron. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals nor solicitation of offers. However, all proposals received within three (3) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of request for quotation. A determination by government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
