This is a notice of intent that 542 CBSG/PKS anticipates issuing a contract for the purchase of services and support necessary to provide Interim Contractor Support (ICS) for the ALR-69A RWR which is still undergoing development by Raytheon Company, EW Operations, Goleta CA. Support includes engineering services, depot support for non-warranty repairs, depot activation support and software configuration control. Period of performance is one year basic contract with three one-year options to allow for implementation of organic support or Performance Based Logistics (PBL) support contract. Anticipated award date is Jun 2010. The proposed contract action is for supplies and/or services for which the Government intends to restrict competition to the qualified source only, Raytheon Company, Goleta CA (CAGE 06129). Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( c)(1). Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a future competitive procurement.
