Procurement of annual support and upgrade subscription for iComplaints required by HHS in order to comply with Federal regulations for the tracking on EEO cases. iComplaints is currently used by HHS to track EEO complaints in order to comply with Federal regulations. iComplaints is proprietary software of Micropact Engineering which was developed specifically to manage the EEP process and generate the Form 462 annual report. iComplaints includes a number of critical features required by government agencies and departments for tracking and managing EEO complaints with EEOC MD-110, EEOC reporting requirements and 29 CFR 1614.

Also HHS has invested in PIV authentication for iComplaints to comply with HHS security policy implementing HSPD 12 for AMS integration single sign-on tool compliance.
