The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority for FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within ten days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Micropact Engineering, Inc., is considered the supplier who can supply maintenance to the iComplaints and NO FEAR software. Micropact created the product and had intimate knowledge of all aspects of the software and has superior qualification to develop customized report products that will be integrated flawlessly into the software for DON use. iComplaints is the proprietary property of Micropact Engineering.
