Its robust set of business rules ensures compliance with EEOC MD-110, EEOC reporting requirements and 29 CFR 1614. This is at least the 5th year of the licenses. Previous inquires by the CO did not yield any other suppliers of the licenses. Unless Labor Relations changes their case tracking platform for complaint and grievance processing, it is unlikely any other product will integrate well and generate the reports and case file status.
