The Army Contracting Command -Redstone Arsenal intends to purchase one (1) Icebreaker 4936 and ten (10) SKB PS16041, 6U 28" Rack Case with Edge under EXPRESS Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) W31P4Q-09-A-0016 Task Order 0007 with Intuitive Research & Technology Corporation (IRTC), Huntsville, AL from Penguin Computing.  These items are not available from GSA Schedule sources.  Therefore, in accordance with FAR 8.402 (f) this requirement is being synopsized.  This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals.  No solicitation is available for this requirement.  Interested small businesses may submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement within 10 calendar days of the publication of this notice, to be considered by the Government.  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a separate competitive procurement.  Requests for information and resultant responses shall be submitted directly to Lauren Magnusson at IRTC, email: [email protected].  Formal communication related to the acquisition should be directed to: Francesca Edwards, Contract Specialist.  You may email your request to [email protected].  No telephone request will be accepted.
