Full RFQ Packet The City of Clayton, Missouri, a tax-exempt entity, is soliciting quotes from qualified contractors to provide ice and the rental of ice trailers to use in the City’s special events in accordance with the following specifications. Submit: A quotation for ice and the daily rental rate of two (2) portable ice trailers encompassing special events listed on the Event Schedule below. Quotations may be submitted via email to [email protected]. If mailed, envelope shall be addressed and delivered (inside a mailing envelope if mailed) to Gabby Macaluso- City of Clayton, 10 N. Bemiston Ave., Clayton, MO 63105. Quotations will be received until December 31, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. Proposals submitted after the closing time will be rejected.
