A Request for Proposal will be solicited for the Ice Creepers: 8465-01-615-2944 (size: small - Tan), 8465-01-615-2947 (size: medium - Tan), 8465-01-615-2950 (size: large - Tan), 8465-01-615-2952 (size: extra-large - Tan).  These items shall be manufacturered in accordance with specification A-A-55124C Dated 30 November 2012.  The solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside for a One (1) year base period and Two (2) one-year option periods.  The base year quantities are: Guaranteed Minimum 5,800; Annual Estimated Quantity 23,200; and Annual Order Limitation Quantity 29,000.  The option years quantities are: Guaranteed Minimum 2,600; Annual Estimated Quantity 10,400; Annual Order Limitation Quantity 13,000.  Two First Article Samples of each NSN/Size will be required under the award and due 45 days after the date of the award.

Award will be based on the lowest priced proposal; past performance will not be considered during evaluations.
