The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and negotiate a contract on a limited source brand name/sole source basis to International Business Machines Corporation (IBM); PO Box 643600, Pittsburgh, PA 15264-3600. This procurement will fulfill the annual software subscription & support renewal for the FY15 IBM Velocity. The anticipated award of the resultant contract is 16 April, 2015. An Award Notice will be publicized, when applicable, along with the supporting Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition (J&A), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 5.301, 5.303, and 6.305 under separate notice.
