o Include information regarding unique rules, customs/regulations, and other requirements, as well as social customs and the ability to employ local personnel from various countries and labor laws and restrictions of the host country. Knowledge and experience by the contractor in working with various host nation agreements is appropriate information to include.
• Electronic Supply Chain Visibility
o Describe logistical technology available to track shipments and materials while in transit from point of origin within the country to the final destination and/or global positioning systems. Provide information on real-time tracking ability, such as radio frequency tags and satellite links.
• Transportation Arrangements and Custom Protocol
o Describe transportation arrangements and experience with custom requirements/documentation needed to transport and deliver materials throughout the world from and to the particular country/area.
• Assembly Capability
o Describe ability to put together components, parts, and/or subassemblies to form a complete and functional item.
• Manpower, Equipment, and Food Service Capability
o Describe the capability to establish, maintain, and/or operate a field dining facility for an undetermined amount of time if needed.
o Describe capability to provide tested/certified bottled water in country
• Storage Facilities, Distribution, and Material Handling Specifics
o Provide storage facilities, distribution, and material handling specifics, such as square footage, cubic feet, refrigeration/product segregation capability, the ability to access empty warehouse space, controlled temperature warehouse space, skilled/unskilled labor ratio, and possibly foreign inventories for unitization.
• Quality Assurance Procedures
• Access to Various Sources of Supply
o State specifically which class of supply you can provision in country and how that supply class will be supported
• Other Logistical Support
• Market Research Reports
o Market Research categories include but are not limited to:
