Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source purchase order for NCIS to purchase the following: iXv SDK Support on Dongle V10011 from i2 at 1430 Spring Hill Road Suite 600, McLean, VA 22102. The agency’s requirement is to procure the following items, for the NCIS Office located in Russell Knows Building, 27130 Telegraph Rd, Quantico, VA 22134. The proposed acquisition is to provide Naval Criminal Investigative Service ongoing maintenance support for the I2 iXv SDK Support. The maintenance will include software updates, technical support, patches, downloads, etc for the I2 iXv products. The i2 iXv products provide the intelligence analyst the ability to view, analyze and link various type of data (i.e., persons, places, phone calls, time, etc to assist in ongoing investigative/operational initiatives. It is intended to maintain this software package due to the fact that it is compatible with other existing programs/analytical tools employed by the Naval Criminal Investigative Service Headquarters as well as other law enforcement agencies with whom collaborative initiatives are ongoing. The proposed requirement is to acquire I2 iXv maintenance renewal to enable intelligence analyst personnel to continually have the ability to view, analyze, and link various type of data. Software is used by other DOD/Federal law enforcement agencies, which allows the smooth transfer of case files between agencies. Requested vendor is licensed distributor for this software. Requested software is compatible with other versions of software currently being utilized by Naval Criminal Investigative Service Headquarters. This requirement will be Brand Name Therefore, i2 can provide all the requirement for which the Government intends to solicit only one source.
