The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Justice Management Division, Procurement Services Staff, intends to award a follow-on sole source purchase order to I2 Inc. of 1430 Spring Hill RD STE 600, McLean VA 22102. This procurement is for Analyst Notebook software and Support in accordance with 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation document exists. Interested parties must respond within 15 days of this notice with a written statement. Responses received as a result of this notice of intent shall be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids, and cost or pricing data is not solicited. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon written responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Numbered note 22. ****
