STATE OF OREGON DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS The Contract for this project will be awarded using the "Price plus Technical Qualifications plus Technical Approach" alternative method of selection (also known as A+C+D). This project has been exempted from competitive bidding requirements according to an exemption granted under Oregon law by the Oregon Director of Trans portation: ODOT Exemption Number 2021-02. The Bid Booklet will be in two separately bound parts, the Technical Component Part and the Price Component Part, which together constitute the Bid Booklet. This requirement will be strictly enforced. Prequalification must be in the class of work that is indicated in the proj ect's special provisions, and the bid booklet.
