CITY OF PASCO – REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) I-182/Broadmoor Blvd Interchange Improvements – Construction Management Services Project No. 21292 The City of Pasco, Washington, (City) Public Works Engineering is soliciting for Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Consultants registered in the State of Washington to provide Construction Management Services for the City’s I-182/Broadmoor Blvd Interchange Improvements project. The construction project includes the I-182 Deceleration Lane at existing eastbound off-ramp to Broadmoor Blvd, the I-182 Eastbound Loop Ramp to northbound Broadmoor Boulevard, the I-182 Eastbound Ramp terminal New Roundabout, and the Broadmoor Blvd re-striping to add a temporary bike/ped connection through the I-182 interchange The complete RFQ and full scope of work may be obtained via the City website – http://www.pasco-wa.gov/Bids.aspx. It is the sole responsibility of the Consultant to obtain any RFQ updates or addenda from the City’s website. Responses shall be submitted electronically. There will not be a pre-proposal site walk-through associated with this RFQ.
