HYPERBARIC CHAMBERS Sealed bids will be received by Lane Regional Medical Center, 6300 Main Street, Zachary Louisiana until 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 4, 2013 in the Support Service Building Conference Room for the purchase of 2 each Hyperbaric Chambers equal to or comparable to Sechrist Monoplace Model 3600H units. Bids must be hand delivered by the bidder or his agent, sent by registered or certified mail with a return receipt requested, sent by an overnight express mail, or submitted electronically via www.centralbidding.com. When submitting your quotation please deliver or mail the quote in an envelope that is clearly marked “Sealed Bid Enclosed” with the bid opening date and bid item marked on the outside of the envelope. At the time and place stated above the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bids received after the date and time stated above will be returned unopened. No bid will be withdrawn after the scheduled time of receipt of bids for at least sixty (60) days. The Owners reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities.
