The U.S. Department of Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Mid-Pacific Region intends to award a sole-source contract for Hydromet Station Maintenance and Data Processing to State of California Department of Water Resources (DWR) Division of Flood Management, P.O. Box 942836, Sacramento, California. Authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. DWR is uniquely qualified to fulfill the requirements of this contract. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
