This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP).

This acquisition is a Sole Source Requirement to Cherry Engineering, Inc. Cage Code 1W5V2. The applicable NAICS code is 325920.

The resulting contract will be awarded on an all or none basis. The contractor's proposal must include all items listed in this synopsis/solicitation.

The offeror is instructed to submit their proposal and all supporting documentation via email to the contracting officer referenced for this solicitation.

CLIN 0002: Quantity: 52; Unit of Issue: Each; Description: 64 Oz Hydra-Jet Distupters, Case of 16.

CLIN 0003: Quantity: 38; Unit of Issue: Each; Description: 128 Oz Hydra-Jet Distupters, Case of 16.

Date of Delivery: Please provide the earliest available delivery date without extra fees to expedite delivery. A staggered delivery schedule is acceptable. The delivery schedule will be subject to change with regards to the place of delivery based upon operational needs.

Place of Delivery: Command Central Storage Facility; 1175N Hoosier Blvd, Peru IN 46970.
