Sealed Bids for the construction of the Highway 41 Waterline and Crestview Sanitary Sewer project will be received by City of Warner Robins in the Purchasing Office until 2:00 pm local time on December 15, 2023 at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of construction of approximately 6,370 linear feet of 12” waterline and appurtenances, 1,400 linear feet of 8” waterline and appurtenances, 4,670 linear feet of 8” sanitary sewer line and the installation of approximately 17 manholes. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is Ardurra, ATTN; Aaron Baird, PE, 1305 Mall of Georgia Blvd, Suite 160, Buford, GA 30519. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00am until 3:00 pm. Bidding Documents also may be examined at the City of Warner Robins Purchasing Office located at 700 Watson Blvd, Warner Robins, GA 31093, during regular scheduled business hours. Bidding Documents may be viewed and downloaded for no cost by registering with the City’s IonWave bidding system at https://wrga.ionwave.net/Login.aspx. Printed bidding documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office upon payment of $300 per set. Payment is nonrefundable. A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 am local time on November 28, 2023 in the Carolyn Robbins Conference Room, City Hall Complex, 700 Watson Blvd., Warner Robins, GA 31093. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is NOT mandatory. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
