The 9th Contracting Squadron located at Beale Air Force Base, California, 95903, is seeking information about qualified sources to provide non-personal services including all labor, tools, parts, materials, and transportation necessary to provide HVAC Water Treatment services at Beale AFB, CA 95903.

Please see the attached DRAFT version Performance Work Statement(PWS) for further description of the requirement. Changes may be made to the PWS in any resulting Request for Quote. Please provide any questions, remarks, or requests for alteration of PWS.

No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to notify the industry of the USAF intent for contract action and to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources and their size classifications (small business, large business, service-disabled veteran, etc.)

This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220 for Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The Standard Industry Code for this procurement is 1711. The small business size standard for this procurement, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $14 Million annual revenue. Please provide any suggestions or requests if you feel a more appropriate NAICS code exists.

The proposed contract action is anticipated to be issued as a firm-fixed price award.

This contract will be comprised of a base year and (4) option years. The performance period for the base year will be from 1 year from award date; option years will be on an annual basis thereafter, issued at the discretion of the Government.
