The Great Plains Area IHS is planning a sole source award with Johnson Control, Inc  to provide NAE and ADX software upgrades to the building automation sytem and control devices to control the HVAC equipment for IHS facilities located in Belcourt, ND; Fort Yates, ND; Sisseton, SD; Wagner, SD; Winnebago, NE; and the Great Plains Area Office in Aberdeen, SD.  Johnson Control Inc is the proprietary to the software, devices and HVAC system at these IHS facilities location.
