The U.S. Agency for Global Media (USAGM) Kuwait Transmitting Station (KTS) is an uplink facility, which plays a vital role in program delivery throughout USAGM’s global network.  This requirement is for a design and build construction project for the replacement of a High Voltage Air Conditioning (HVAC) System at the USAGM Transmitting Station, Transmitter Hall 5-6 in Kuwait.  All work must be performed in accordance with the requirements and specifications described in the attached Solicitation, and Attachments B, C, and D.
