This Pre-solicitation notice is for Construction, HVAC repair, located at Londonderry AFRC, 64 Harvey Road, Londonderry NH 03053. The award will be a fixed price contract with a period of performance from 90 days after Notice to Proceed. This is a 100% Small Business acquisition. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, and materials necessary to replace doors, paint and provide bollards as per the Statement of Work.
