The 9th Contracting Squadron located at Beale Air Force Base, California, 95903, is seeking information about qualified sources to provide services including all labor, tools, parts, materials, and transportation necessary to repair HVAC Pumps and Motors for Beale AFB, CA 95903.

Please see the attached DRAFT version Performance Work Statement(PWS) for further description of the requirement. Changes may be made to the PWS in any resulting Request for Quote. Please provide any questions, remarks, or requests for alteration of PWS.

No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to notify the industry of the USAF intent for contract action and to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources and their size classifications (small business, large business, service-disabled veteran, etc.)
There has been no decision at this time if a set-aside will be utilized. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The small business size standard for this procurement, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $14 million. Please provide any suggestions or requests if you feel a more appropriate NAICS code exists.
The proposed contract action is anticipated to be issued as a blanket purchase agreement which will be paid via Government Purchase Card.
