Amendment #1 hereby:

1) Revises the Statement of Work and line items to clarify that the HVAC services are required only four (4) times annually instead of six (6) as previously written. Two (2) quarterly inspections shall consist of full preventative maintenance, and two (2) quarterly inspections shall consist soley of filter changes and belt maintenance, as per the revised Statement of Work.

2) Extends the respones due date to 2:00pm CT on Friday June 12, 2020.
