Indiana University of Pennsylvania is seeking qualified suppliers of HVAC supplies to respond the enclosed information for bid documents. Bid as specified - All line items must be bid as specified. Supplier line item bid variations from the requested line item specifications of the university must be noted in the comment section of the supplier's e-bid proposal for each deviation in line item specification. Failure to comply with this notification requirement for variations from the university's requested line item specifications will result in the disqualification of the supplier's entire bid and future university request for bid opportunities. Commodities shipped to the university that do not match the line item specifications of the university will be rejected by the university's receiving department, no exceptions. With the exception of a legitimate vendor error; such occurrence will disqualify the supplier from future university request for bid opportunities.
