Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, permits, equipment, transportation, and tools to diagnose and replace two HVAC systems in Building 1 and Building 2. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 4/3/2025, at 11:00 AM at Starbase Sacramento, 8400 Okinawa Street, Suite 1, Sacramento, CA 95828.
