The WRALC 5479 CBSS/GBLC Program Office is hosting an Informational Forum (Industry Day) Tuesday, 13 January 2009, at the Museum of Aviation at Robins AFB, GA.  The Informational Forum shall discuss the Government's potential long term Hush House and Noise Suppressor Repair and Relocation/Refurbishment effort.  The potential effort is expected to be a five-year effort (1 basic year with four option periods).  Attached is the Draft Performance-Based Work Statement (PWS) for the effort.  Requesting interested parties to review the PWS in detail and provide comments and/or questions to the PWS no later than 12:00 noon (EST), Friday 09 Jan 2009 to [email protected].  The comments/questions and answers shall be discussed at the informational forum.  It is also requested that interested parties notify the above email address its desire to attend the informational forum.  Each interested party shall identify the company, business size (LB or SB) and the representatives attending.  Also attached is the draft agenda for the forum.  Representatives are expected to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to starting time of the forum.
