The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price commercial services contract based on the proposal that represents the best value to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Par 15, Negotiations and FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs. This project site is located on Ocracoke Island, 101 NPS Road, Ocracoke, NC, 27960 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside The NAICS code is 321918 Other Millwork, Size Standard is 500. Required Services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision required to complete this project.
