ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Lafourche Parish Government Administrator’s Office 402 Green Street, First Floor Thibodaux, LA 70301 Hurricane Ida Repairs to the Thibodaux Health Unit, Thibodaux, La. ELECTRONIC BIDS for the construction of the “Hurricane Ida Repairs to the Thibodaux Health Unit” consisting of the following: “Repair/Replacement of damaged exterior and interior components as indicated in the Construction Documents.“ will be received electronically by the Lafourche Government until 2:00 P.M. local time, on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at which time bids will be retrieved from the Central Auction House (CAH) website and read aloud at the Lafourche Parish Government Complex, 402 Green Street, Thibodaux, LA 70301. The Contract Documents, consisting of Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Bid Form, Bid Bond, Agreement, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Special Conditions, Payment Bond, Performance bond, Notice of Award, Notice to Proceed, Change Order, Drawings, specifications and Addenda may be examined at the following locations: Duplantis Design Group, PC 314 East Bayou Rd. Thibodaux, La. 70301 Bids shall be accepted from Contractors who are licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2163 for the classification of BUILDING CONSTRUCTION. The Owner requires that each bidder attach to his bid a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond equivalent to 5% of the total bid as evidence of good faith of the bidder. Sureties used for obtaining bonds must appear as acceptable on the U.S. Department of the Treasury Circular 570. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof except as provided by law.
