SECTION 001113 – ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Lafourche Parish Government Administrator’s Office 402 Green Street, First Floor Thibodaux, LA 70301 Project Name: Hurricane Ida Damage Repairs to Galliano Government Complex Architect’s Project No. 2166A-2 ELECTRONIC BIDS for the construction of the “Hurricane Ida Damage Repairs to Galliano Government Complex” consisting of the following: Selective demolition of interior framing, corrections to site paving, striping of parking lot, replacement of monumental sign, new building signage, new site lighting, repointing of some exterior masonry wall areas, cleaning and coating of all exterior masonry walls, and new entry soffit. Interior work includes adding plumbing fixtures to library restrooms, new gypsum board & insulation on existing metal stud partitions, new partitions, interior storefront systems, flooring, ceiling, doors, casework, electrical and mechanical system. FF&E for the library is included as an allowance. will be received electronically by the Lafourche Government until 2:00 P.M. local time, on Thursday, August 29, 2024, at which time bids will be retrieved from the Central Auction House (CAH) website and read aloud at the Lafourche Parish Government Complex, 402 Green Street, Thibodaux, LA 70301.
