The Huron-Manistee National Forest is requesting quotes for a Firm-Fixed Price, Base + 4, IDIQ contract for land site preparation.  The site prep will be done with the use of the Government owned T.26b Bracke 2-Row Disk Trencher.  The awardee is free to substitute their own Bracke, Roller Chopper, or Anchor Chain System upon approval of the Contracting Officer Representative.   

The work consist of pulling a T.26b Bracke 2-Row Disk Trencher with a manufacturer recommended prime mover.  It is the intent through this combined Synopsis/Solicitation to secure labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to accomplish Bracke scarifing in order to hand plant on the Huron-Manistee National Forests in accordance with the technical specificatons set forth in the Statement of Work, which is attached.
