Addendum #1 issued to modify, clarify, explain or correct the original solicitation and to answer questions and is hereby made part of CSP #008D-24F. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all materials, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary for the construction of an approximately 5,000 square foot maintenance building and a Citizen Convenience Center, as detailed in the bid drawings and specifications associated with this CSP. The Citizen Convenience Center will be bid as an Add Alternate. It is the City’s intent to build this facility however, if funding does not allow for construction at this time, it will be removed from the project. The cost of this facility will be entered as a line item on the bid form. The above listed work together with all associated appurtenances and other incidental items necessary to complete this project will be completed at the City’s Landfill Facility, located at 110 E. Hunter Ferrell Rd. in Irving, Texas. Any questions or request for clarification should be submitted under the Questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specification, an addendum will issued.
