This acquisition is proceeding as a Competitive UNRESTRICTED, Invitation for Bids (IFB).  This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Z2QA, SIC CODE: 1629, NAICS Code: 237990. JOB DESCRIPTION:  This contract will repair damaged areas on the Humboldt north and south jetties.  The jetties are located near the entrance to Humboldt Bay near Eureka, California.  Damages to each jetty include displacement of existing armor stones and deterioration of the existing concrete cap and parapet wall.  Damaged areas on each jetty with displaced armor stones will be reset using the existing armor stones on site or supplemented with new armor stone.  Damaged areas on each jetty with the concrete cap and/or parapet wall will be repaired with new concrete.

The solicitation will be available on/about 24 January 2020, for Viewing/downloading documents.

All BIDS will be due on/about 24 February 2020/10:00 am PDT. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.

The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on a secure Government website known as Beta SAM (www.beta.sam.gov) once the IFB is issued. Viewing/downloading documents from Beta SAM will require prior registration in Beta SAM System for Award Management (www.Beta.SAM.gov). If you are a first-time Beta SAM user, you will also be required to register in Beta SAM (www.Beta.SAM.gov) before accessing the IFB documents.
