This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued.
The purpose of this solicitation is for HULL INSULATION RENEWAL in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall furnish labor, materials, supervision, and equipment to perform the Hull Insulation Renewal at USCG BASE MIAMI BEACH100 MACARTHUR CSWY MIAMI BEACH, FL 33139-5101

It is highly recommended to visits the facilities to make a full evaluation and become familiar with the existing conditions. Site visit will take place at the location stated in section A of the SOW.

The only Site Visit will be held Wednesday, 27 May 2020, at 9:00am.

The facility shall remain in operation throughout the service. Contractor access to the service site area shall be limited to 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Access to the sites are not permitted over the weekends without prior written approval of the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).

Contractor must be registered in SAM before submitting a quote under this solicitation

The award is based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA)

Technically Acceptable Means: A Proposal that addresses all elements of the Statement of Work (SOW).

Monthly, the contractor must submit a copy of all certified payrolls and invoices to Ulric Waldron via email only ([email protected])
