The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids to furnish materials, supervision, technical personnel, labor, machinery, and services to complete the installation of approximately 1,150 ft. of 6 ft. heavy gauge black vinyl coated chain link fence and (1) 20 ft. Gate Opening to include gate. All posts are to be set in concrete. The detention pond is located at the end of Willis Creek Road in accordance with the bid documents. Nothing in this Specification shall be interpreted as relieving the Contractor of the responsibility of meeting all applicable Federal, State and Local codes and regulations. It is the contractors’ responsibility to verify measurements and request any general information or minor clarification by the allowed date. A Mandatory On-site Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 30, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. local time located at the end of Willis Creek Road, Warner Robins, GA 31088. The City of Warner Robins will not consider a bid unless a representative of the company attends and signs-in at this meeting. The successful bidder shall give satisfactory evidence to the City of Warner Robins that they and/or sub-contractor carries Worker’s Compensation, in accordance with State Worker's Compensation Laws, and public liability and property damage insurance in sufficient amounts to ensure adequate coverage of the work, with the following minimum amounts acceptable: 1. Worker’s Compensation & Builders Risk 100% 2. Comprehensive General Liability 1M/3M/50K 3. Comprehensive Vehicle Liability 1M/3M/50K All questions must be submitted through the City's IonWave bidding system by the designated date and time of Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. local time. All questions will be answered through the City's IonWave bidding system by the designated date and time of Friday, September 9, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. local time. Each prospective bidder must upload and submit your bid with all required documents through the City’s IonWave bidding system by the designated date and time of Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. local time. The bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
