Q. What is included in the CLIN 0005 Weekend/Standby? What is the scenario if the weather prevents sortie completion and the crew has to stay over the weekend?
A. CLIN 0005 Weekend/Standby is used for non flying days i.e. weekends/holidays when the crew is not required to be available for flights.
If a flight that was scheduled for a Friday was cancelled and pushed to Monday a task order would be issued as follows

0001 Pilot/Instructor        1 day (this would cover the additional day needed)
0002 MX Personnel              1 day (this would cover the additional day needed)
0005 Weekend/Standby    2 days (this would cover the weekends added)

Original orders may include Weekend/Standby Rate depending on schedule arranged by Program Manager.
