Cisbio has patented HTRF technology for the direct detection of total tau protein using a monoclonal antibody labeled with cryptate and a polyclonal antibody labeled with deuterium.
The HTRF MAP Tau kit provides the means to miniaturize the assay into 1536 format, a requirement for screening TRND compound libraries and maintain a signal to background ratio that fulfills the centers standard assay requirements.
