The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is seeking a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) quote for the Purchase of HTI-92-WB Hydrophones as detailed in the attached combined solicitation/synopsis.

This is a sole source procurement to Hich Tech Inc.This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement in the future.
