This notice serves as the pre-soliciation notice for the requirement to to establish a contract for a comprehensive review of petitions, notices and administrative services.  The government anticipates awarding an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a base year and two option periods.  The applicable NAICS code is identified above.  This requirement will be solicited as unrestricted.  The solicitation will be issued on or about one-week from the date of this notice.   Firms will be required to demonstrate experience with specific experience in handling mass claim mailings/emails (minimum of 50,000), the processing and evaluating of numerous claims (minimum of 50,000) and the distribution of fund settlements (mininum of $100,000).
