The purpose of this notice is to amend solicitation HSHQDC-13-R-00047.  Please see HSHQDC-13-R-00047 - Amendment 000003 attached.

Per Amendment 000003, the following documents are updated and replaced in their entirities with the versions attached to this notice. With the exception of HSHQDC-13-R-00047, Attachment 5, updates are presented as tracked changes to these documents.

This amendment also provides Government responses to vendor questions submitted regarding the solicitation document. These responses are included in the attached entitled HSHQDC-13-R-00047 - Amendment 000003 - Attachment 1.

Please note that an industry question regarding data rights pertaining to this effort is still pending response. This question will be answered via an additional amendment to the solicitation that will be posted on FBO.
