The scope of work for this acquisition is but not limited to: Welding Repairs (Steel); Hull Plating Ultrasonic Testing, Rub Rail Fender and Dunnage System, Voids (Non-Accessible), Tanks (MP Fuel Service), Accessible Voids, Inspect Mast, Propeller Shafts, Water Lubricated Shaft Bearings, Propellers, Keel Coolers, Exhaust Piping, Fuel Cut Off Valves, Renew Standard and Non Standard Hoses, Renew Sea Valves, Potable Water Tanks, Diesel Fuel, Air Receiver, Rudders, perform Buoy Handling Equipment Maintenance, Grey Water Tank, Sewage Holding Tank, Preserve Buoy Deck, Preserve Underwater Body Boot-Top, Steel Hulls, Freeboard, Preserve Underwater Body - 100%, Hull Identification Markings, Underwater Body and Boot -Top, Icebreaker, Zinc Anodes, Provide Marine Chemist Services, Perform Preventative Maintenance, Jacket Water Piping, Lazarette Hatch, Routine Drydocking , Temporary Services and provide Full Power Trial Performance.
All welding and brazing shall be accomplished by trained welders who have been certified by the applicable regulatory code performance qualification procedures. At the present time, this acquisition is expected to be issued as a Small Business set- aside.
