Who is the vendor currently servicing the equipment? Currently there is no one servicing the equipment 3. What is the cost of the last year’s contract? See attached 4. Is this the same equipment as the last year’s contract? No, Some of the equipment has been taken out of service and others have been replaced by either new or leased equipment. 5. Is that contract available for reviewing? See attached. 6. Is there a service history available? No 7. Is all the equipment up and running? Yes
