The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Jasco, Inc., of Easton, MD for a HPLC System. JKT Development, Inc., is hereby granted authority to act on behalf of CDC for the purchase of this item. The authority for this sole source procurement is FAR Part 6.302-1 in that Jasco, Inc., is the only known source with the knowledge required to provide these services/supplies. This is not a request for competitive proposals. This is an all or none requirement. This is not a set-aside. A written solicitation will not be issued.
