The Department of the Treasury's Office of Debt Management (ODM) requires Hewlett Packard Proliant hardware for thier eight (8) DL380 G8 servers in accordance with the attached List of Hardware and terms and conditions (clauses).  

Brand Name Justification:  ODM requires a product that is compatible with and already fully integrated into Treasury's fiscal agent, Federal Reserve Bank of New York (FRBNY), who uses this product.  It is cost effective and beneficial to operate on the same platform to leverage the application and analysis performed by FRBNY. 

Delivery within 30 days from date of award. Performance period is 12 months from date of delivery.   Award shall be made to the responsible vendor who submits the technically acceptable lowest price.

THIS REQUIREMENT IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS.
