Due to the unusual and compelling urgency of this procurement, FAR 6.302-2 applies restricting the only identified source of supply to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation CAGE 78286.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE: Items to start shipping no later than December 1, 2017.
