DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES NEEDED: This is a requirement to provide housing support services of taxi-interpreters to the housing office customers, located in the area of Poggio Renatico.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, transportation, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform housing support services in the form of taxi and interpretation services for housing office customers. These services include:

1) Coordinating with customer to identify available rental quarters that meet the customer’s needs;

2) Transportation to and from available rental quarters;

3) Transportation to and from local utility companies;

4) Interpretation and translation for housing customers;

5) Preparation and assistance with private rental contract;

6) Termination of private rental contract; and

7) Service call assistance.

 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The work under this contract will be performed at housing office Poggio Renatico.

METHOD OF CONTRACTING AND AWARD: The method of award will be clearly indicated in the Request for Quotes

TYPE OF CONTRACT: The Government will award a Firm Fixed Price Contract.

DURATION OF CONTRACT: The contract period of performance is for a base year and four one-year options. The option years are not guaranteed.

SUBMITTAL INFORMATION: It is requested that interested vendors submit to the contracting office a brief capabilities statement package demonstrating ability to perform the services listed above. In order to deem the vendors' responsibility, such package shall include the following documentation:

1. Certificato Camera di Commercio (Certificate of the Chamber of Commerce) NOT older than six (6) months at the time set forth for the receipt of the source sought inquiry. Self-certifications are NOT allowed. The business purpose (oggetto sociale) should include but is not limited to: taxi/interpreting services.

c. Be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/)

Please ensure that your firm is registered with SAM and that all information is current. If you are not registered or your information is not current, you need to go to https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ and fill out a web based application. You must have a DUNS number in order to start this process. If you do not have a DUNS number, you can obtain one at http://www.dnb.com/. It takes two to three business days to receive a DUNS number and two to three business days to receive a CAGE code. Please begin the process as soon as you receive this RFQ in order to speed up the contracting process in the event that you are the winning bidder.

No A.T.I., Joint Ventures or S.c.a.r.l. businesses may participate in this solicitation.

 If the decision is made to issue a Solicitation for this requirement, additional information regarding the Performance of Work will accompany the solicitation.
