This requirement is for NSN 5855-01-442-6412, Housing, Image Inten, which is identified by Exelis Inc., CAGE 13657, P/N 264354-1. The RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) in accordance with FAR 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The period of performance will be a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted using other than full and open competition. The RFQ will be issued for an estimated annual quantity of 1070 each the base year and each option year. Offers will be solicited with a delivery of 117 days ARO. Terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination covering DLA Direct requirements only. Clause 252.225-7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Programs applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
