The U.S. Embassy in Kuala Lumpur invites you to submit a quotation for the procurement of 35 hotel rooms and conference package for a 3-day workshop for 50 people in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Jan. 20 - 25, 2024.  

Please refer to the attached scope of work (SOW) for details. Submit your quote electronically to [email protected] marked “Quotation Enclosed – Jan. 2024 Conference Package” before 5:00 PM on Jan. 3, 2024. No quotations will be accepted after that time. 

Please take note for solicitations with the total amount greater than USD30,000, prospective vendors must complete their register in SAM.gov prior to the award.
